Our Dove Release Services Policy
Our doves are very important to us. Please read the
below before making a booking:
-The doves will not be released in bad weather such as heavy rain,snow,fog or strong winds as they cannot navigate safely. If we have to cancel a release due to bad weather a full refund will be given.
-The doves must have enough time to fly home before it gets dark. Please keep this in mind when thinking about what time you would like the doves to be released at your service.
-The doves MAY NOT be released indoors under any circumstances.
-We offer the most professional service;therefore,we do not provide doves for self release.
-An experienced coordinator accompanies our doves to each event.
-We ensure that the appropriate attire is worn for all events and that release coordinators are 100% reliable and on time.
-The doves are fed a special diet before the event. Its very unlikely that they will do their droppings during a release. In case of an accident we cannot be held responsible.
-We usually have a few venues to attend that day so its important that you are as accurate as possible when making the booking. A fee may be charged for any excessive delay.
